ABOUT WESTMINSTER CHILD CENTER: Westminster Child Center (WCC) was established in the early 1960s by a The school opened September 24, 1962 with two rooms used for a Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule. Today, as some local families send their third generation of children here, we have a greatly expanded and enhanced schedule. While the school is part of an historic local church, whose underlying concept is of Christian sharing, help and support, WCC has a non-sectarian curriculum and a diverse group of children.
